01.Agreement to Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or purchasing digital assets through Remix LIVE OVERLAY FX (“Website”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you (“Customer”, “User”, or “Licensee”) enter into a legally binding contract. If you do not agree to all provisions of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of this Website and refrain from completing any purchases or downloading any files.

You affirm that you are at least 18 years old or possess legal parental/guardian consent to enter into this agreement in your country or jurisdiction of residence.

02.Digital Goods & Electronic Delivery

All products cataloged on Remix LIVE OVERLAY FX are intangible, electronic digital files. No physical discs, packaging, drives, or tangible materials will be manufactured, shipped, or delivered via postal courier.

Products include, but are not limited to:

• Animated video overlays formatted in WebM with Alpha Transparency and MP4 formats (optimized for TikTok LIVE Battles, OBS Studio, and Streamlabs).
• High-resolution stream HUDs, webcam borders, timer badges, and interactive screen overlays.
• Custom digital sound FX packs, animated stinger transitions, and static visual overlays.
• Direct secure cloud delivery links (e.g., Google Drive repositories, encrypted download vaults, and instant access keys).

Delivery occurs automatically and electronically upon verified payment confirmation. The Customer receives access immediately on the post-checkout order confirmation screen and/or via their registered email address.

03.Broadcast & Streaming License Grant

Upon receipt of full payment, Remix LIVE OVERLAY FX grants the Customer a non-exclusive, worldwide, non-transferable, revocable single-creator license to:

04.Single Creator Allocation

Each license purchase is authorized for one individual creator or broadcast production entity. Sharing login credentials, access tokens, Google Drive permissions, or download keys with third parties or creator groups without explicit written multi-seat authorization constitutes a willful breach of license and will trigger automatic termination.

05.No-Refund Policy & Chargeback Protection

Corrupted File & Replacement Guarantee: If a downloaded file is damaged, corrupted, or contains a technical defect, contact us at support@liveoverlayfx.com within fourteen (14) days of purchase. We will promptly inspect, replace, or re-issue access to working files at no charge.

Chargeback Fraud Notice: Initiating an unauthorized chargeback or payment reversal without contacting our support team first constitutes a fraudulent claim. In such events, we reserve the right to immediately terminate all broadcast licenses, block your IP and account credentials from all delivery vaults, and submit complete audit trails (including timestamped download logs and IP records) to your financial institution.

06.Software & Hardware Compatibility

Our overlays are produced using industry-standard codecs and video containers (principally WebM with VP8/VP9 alpha channel transparency, ProRes 4444, and MP4 h.264/h.265). It is the sole responsibility of the Licensee to verify that their streaming setup, broadcast software (such as OBS Studio 28+, TikTok LIVE Studio, Streamlabs Desktop, vMix, or Prism Live Studio), and computer hardware meet the technical prerequisites prior to purchasing.

We provide video and setup guidance for common broadcast platforms, but cannot guarantee personalized hardware troubleshooting or operating system customization.

07.Intellectual Property & Trademarks

All original visual designs, 3D renders, particle simulations, graphic layouts, sound effects, animations, code snippets, branding, and promotional materials available on this Website remain the exclusive intellectual property of Remix LIVE OVERLAY FX and its creators, protected under international copyright, trademark, and unfair competition laws.

Third-Party Platform Trademarks: References to “TikTok”, “TikTok LIVE”, “Twitch”, “YouTube”, “Kick”, “OBS Studio”, and “Streamlabs” are used strictly as nominative fair use to describe technical compatibility and broadcast fitness. Remix LIVE OVERLAY FX is an independent creator studio and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by ByteDance Ltd., Amazon.com Inc., Google LLC, or Kick Operations.

08.Pricing, Currency & Payment Processing

All prices displayed on this Website are listed in the selected currency and are subject to change without notice. We utilize secure, PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways (including Stripe, Creem, and PayPal) to handle checkout transactions. Remix LIVE OVERLAY FX never stores, sees, or processes raw credit card or bank account numbers.

You agree to pay all applicable transaction fees, currency exchange spreads, and local sales/value-added taxes (VAT/GST) levied by your regional tax authorities at the point of checkout.

09.Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Remix LIVE OVERLAY FX and its operators, designers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of broadcast revenue, stream gifts, viewer followers, algorithmic placement, or platform account suspensions arising out of your use or inability to use our digital assets.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Remix LIVE OVERLAY FX from any claims, liabilities, damages, and legal costs arising from: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) any unlawful, abusive, or infringing content broadcast during your streams; or (c) your violation of third-party platform Community Guidelines.
